How to use
- Every day: mix 25 ml in 100 ml of water. Scrub your vessels, wash them in the same order you scrubbed them, then rinse.
- Heavy grease or stains: pour it on neat, straight from the bottle, onto the wet vessel. Wait 15 to 20 minutes, scrub gently, rinse.
- From the 5 L can: the same 25 ml, mixed in 125 ml of water.

Baked-on grease does not need a harder scrubber. It needs time. Pour it on neat over the wet pan and wait 15 to 20 minutes. After that a gentle scrub is enough, so you will not take the finish off along with the grease.

Why dilute it? I usually squeeze it on the sponge.
The culture needs water to switch on, and 15 minutes to do its work. 25 ml in 100 ml of water gives you 125 ml, which is enough for a whole sink. Used neat on a sponge it still cleans, but you finish the bottle four times faster and get nothing extra for it. Save the neat use for baked-on grease.
